A big believer in health and fitness as a tool to enhance life as a whole, Giada has an ever growing passion for all things movement, nutrition, mindset, strength, both physical and mental, lifestyle habits and how we can use all of the above to live a life worth enjoying.
Fitness has played a huge and fundamental role in Giada's life, but what has really helped her to open her eyes was realising and experiencing first hand what an even bigger role plays a supportive, happy mind.
Combining her passion for delivering high energy fitness classes with all things mindset, Giada's unique approach aims to help people embrace and enjoy a healthier, happier, more active lifestyle while becoming better equipped, both physically and mentally, for whatever life throws at them.
I have attended Giada's Zumba and Strong classes for a couple of years now and they have been a constant source of happiness for me. I have never enjoyed team sports or traditional gym workouts and so always struggled to stick with exercises, but Giada has worked so hard to build a brilliant community who always build each other up. She makes the classes fun and makes you feel like you can do anything you try, without any judgement. Classes are aimed at all fitness levels and have the perfect balance of being tough but achievable. Giada is honestly excited when I progress and makes me want to push myself more and more. This feeling has become part of my general outlook on life as well and I know it has helped my mental wellbeing so much.
