ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE CLASS + TS&CS

IMPORTANT - Please read all before booking and attending any class.

BEFORE CLASS

  • Download Zoom.us to your preferred device and read Ts&Cs

  • Make sure that you create your account with your full name and that you use the same name at the moment of booking

  • Make sure your camera is switched on and is in a position that shows you clearly 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a space that allows you to move freely and safely and that you are injury and virus/symptoms free!

  • Make sure you wear suitable clothing and footwear

  • Have a bottle of water and a towel handy

  • Have your floor mat handy (for STRONG NATION and Personal Coaching)​

TS&CS​

  • Please make sure you register no later than 30 minutes prior to the class to ensure you receive the logins in time 

  • GDL Fitness is not responsible or liable for your loss of internet connection or connectivity issues at your end

  • If you join the class after it started, you will not be guaranteed access to the session 

  • The login details will be sent out via email or SMS, so please ensure that both your email addresses and phone number are correct at the time of booking

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Please note that once a class or a pass/bundle has been booked and purchased, it cannot be refunded, nor cancelled, transferred or carried over. Please note, all fees already come at the best rate.

  • Also, please note ALL PASSES/BUNDLES HAVE A ONE MONTH VALIDITY, meaning if you buy one pass/bundle on the 1st of the month, it will last until the 1st of the following month. Please ensure you use your classes within that time frame. Classes that have not been used within that time frame, will not be carried over, nor transferred. If you are not sure you will be able to attend all classes included in the pass/bundle, you can opt for the Pay As You Go option.
